Summary: This role involves maintaining and updating HR data, ensuring data quality, generating reports, and providing administrative support within human resources operations. Highlights: 1. Ensures accuracy and integrity of HR data for the information system. 2. Creates and maintains key HR data sets, reports, and metrics. 3. Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to improve operational performance. Areas of Responsibilities Measurement Criteria (Quantitative / Qualitative) Percentage of time Prepares, maintains, and updates employee data for the HR information system. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and assures information is available on a timely basis. Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean\-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies. Timely and accurate data entry 55% Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. Supports the quality audit by reviewing employee data in the system and corrects discrepancies when needed. Timely response to quality audit items and corrections (if any) 15% Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise\-wide people and other cross\-functional data as needed. Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations) to promote data governance and stewardship and improve operational performance. Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests. Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations. Timely submission of reports and attendance to regular meetings 15% Provides administrative support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function. Responds verbally (via telephone call) or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems related to function. Task/assignment completion as agreed 15%
