Description: * Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science—currently pursuing or completed—is a plus. * Functional and business knowledge, with focus on requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution validation (mandatory). * Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar). * Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills to act as a facilitator between business and IT. * Critical analytical ability and problem-solving skills, focused on process optimization and complexity reduction. * Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for projects—especially the Legal project—acting as a bridge between business and IT areas. * Interface with users, stakeholders, and technical teams (offshore development centers and developers) to align solutions, ensure understanding of business requirements, and produce functional estimates. * Support functional refinement, ensuring business needs are translated into clear and actionable specifications. * Support the development team during functional refinement, ensuring alignment with business requirements. * Monitor functional testing, managing solution validation in QA environments to ensure compliance with requirements. * Participate in planning and tracking meetings, assisting the team in understanding and controlling functional scope. * Apply a sharp business vision and strong ownership mindset to propose innovative and simplified solutions, prioritizing user experience and operational efficiency. * Create and maintain necessary functional documentation, such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications. * Continuously pursue knowledge and self-development in unfamiliar solution domains and business areas, contributing to process improvement. 251212020250309430
