And there’s more: **iFood is our investor!** This means we’re experiencing exponential and accelerated growth — therefore, we want people who share our energy, our drive to innovate, and our ambition to revolutionize the food service market, growing alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will be part of your day-to-day** * Develop and maintain **test automation scripts;** * Plan and execute **manual and automated tests** (functional, regression, exploratory); * Perform **failure analysis**, bug tracking, and documentation; * Monitor and analyze **quality metrics** (defects, coverage, production failures); * Contribute to **test strategy and architectural decisions;** * Ensure QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle; * Act as an agent of **agile culture** within teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you** * \+**5 years of experience** working as a QA; * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience with **web application and API testing** (front\-end and back\-end); * Hands-on experience in **creating and executing manual tests**, including test cases, smoke, regression, and exploratory tests; * Knowledge of **BDD and test scenario modeling**; * Ability to **manage bugs and track defect lifecycles**; * Practical experience **validating APIs using Postman**; * Knowledge of **test automation with Cypress (JavaScript)**; * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**; * Knowledge of **PostgreSQL or SQL Server**; * Experience with **version control using Git (Bitbucket)**; * Ability to **analyze logs for troubleshooting**; **What will set you apart here** * Experience as a **QA in POS systems** with offline support; * Experience with **fiscal printer integrations**; * Knowledge of **cashier routines**, such as opening, closing, and cash withdrawals; * Familiarity with **order and KDS operational workflows**; * Knowledge of **fiscal integrations (NFC\-e / CF\-e SAT)**; * Experience with **high-performance interfaces for real-time operations.** **Additional Information** **Liked it?
