They review product specifications and collaborate on developing effective testing strategies. They help project teams prioritize fixes, estimate bug impact, and refine existing approaches. Teams at Work \& Co are small and composed of highly experienced professionals. QA Analysts work side-by-side with company partners, top designers and technologists in the market, and clients who are leaders in their respective industries. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Analyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications * Assist in developing QA documents such as **QA Briefs**, test suites, and test cases to ensure full requirement coverage * Perform functional, visual, smoke, regression, accessibility, and exploratory testing * Consistently identify defects across all development phases, using company-recommended tools to increase coverage and efficiency * Review project documentation, raise questions, and provide valuable feedback based on requirements and project vision * Help communicate error reproduction steps and priorities to stakeholders * Support the **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** process with clients * Advanced/Fluent English **Additionally, desirable knowledge includes:** * Experience testing highly interactive web and mobile applications, especially in agency environments * Contribution to evaluating websites and mobile apps against accessibility standards (e.g., **Section 508** and **WCAG**) * Experience with task management tools (e.g., **JIRA**) * Solid understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures (e.g., test case creation and bug triaging) * Technical experience in defect triaging, categorization, and prioritization * Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing methodologies * Familiarity with mobile operating systems and applications **Benefits:** * Health Insurance \- 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) * Dental Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance (no payroll deduction) * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Welhub\* * Option to purchase company stock at a discount * Pharmacy Discount\* * Childcare Assistance\* * Language School Partnership\* * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * As per current policy **Location:** Brazil-wide We seek candidates aligned with our company values, enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and committed to excellence and innovation in daily delivery.
