Develop technical designs and details for asphalt pavement, CBUQ, rigid pavements, drainage, and earthworks. Monitor and supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, schedule, and budget. Conduct quality control of materials and executed services, performing inspections and laboratory tests. Manage construction teams, coordinating professionals such as surveyors, foremen, and machine operators. Analyze earthwork projects for cut-and-fill volume optimization and earthwork movement management. Prepare technical reports and track project performance indicators. Assess environmental impacts and implement mitigation measures. Interact with suppliers for material procurement, request quotations, and control quality. Support inspections for work phase approvals.
