Job Summary: We are seeking a QA / Test Lead to ensure the quality of projects by validating end-to-end solutions and guaranteeing system readiness for go-live. Key Highlights: 1. Planning, strategy, and decision-making regarding release readiness 2. Conducting customer acceptance testing (UAT) with key users 3. Participating in the decision of "go-live" or "do not go-live" We are looking for a **QA / Test Lead** to ensure quality assurance for implementation projects, validating end-to-end solutions and ensuring the system is ready for go\-live without surprises. This role goes beyond test execution: it involves **planning, strategy, conducting customer acceptance testing (UAT), and decision-making regarding release readiness**. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Test Strategy and Planning** * Define risk-based test strategies for projects * Establish acceptance criteria per functionality * Plan test coverage (functional, integration, UAT) ### **Test Design and Execution** * Create end\-to\-end test scenarios * Prepare and validate test data * Execute functional and integration tests (SIT) Validate complete workflows (front-end, system integrations* ERP) ### **Customer Acceptance Testing (UAT)** * Conduct UAT with key users * Support users during test execution * Ensure customers correctly validate workflows * Formalize customer acceptance ### **Go\-Live Validation** * Define release readiness criteria * Perform cutover tests * Execute smoke tests post-cutover ### **Hypercare and Continuous Improvement** * Analyze production bugs * Prioritize fixes with the team * Identify error patterns for continuous improvement * Participate in the decision of "go-live" or "do not go-live" ### **Ideal Profile** * 5\+ years of experience in QA or testing * Experience with integrated system testing (not just isolated products) * Hands-on experience with customer acceptance testing (UAT) * Analytical, critical, and detail-oriented mindset * Strong communication skills with teams and customers ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in implementation projects (ERP, CRM, etc.) * Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce * Knowledge of SQL (data validation) * API testing (Postman, Insomnia) * Experience with test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) ### **Hard Skills** * Test planning and execution (SIT, UAT) * Defect management (Jira or similar) * Structuring test scenarios and test data * End\-to\-end testing * Data and integration validation ### **Soft Skills** * Critical and investigative thinking * Attention to detail * Patience with users during UAT * Clear and concise communication * Firmness to block releases when necessary
