Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services of medium and high complexity on vehicles, ensuring technical quality, compliance with manufacturer procedures, and adherence to deadlines. Mechanic B is a professional with intermediate-to-advanced qualification, authorized to perform services beyond basic inspections, including electronic diagnostics and repairs of complex systems.
**Technical Service Execution**
* Perform periodic inspections according to the manufacturer's maintenance plan (oil, filter, fluid, and belt replacements)
* Conduct diagnostics and repairs on medium- and high-complexity systems: suspension, brakes, transmission, cooling, and electrical systems
* Use automotive scanners and electronic diagnostic equipment to identify faults
* Perform warranty services in accordance with the manufacturer's technical procedures
* Carry out recall and field campaign services within specified deadlines
**Quality and Documentation**
* Accurately record performed services on the work order, including replaced parts and service time
* Conduct verification tests after service completion to ensure problem resolution prior to vehicle release
* Report any vehicle discrepancies found beyond the scope of the work order to the Workshop Leader
* Strictly follow the manufacturer's technical bulletins and service manuals
**Organization and Safety**
* Maintain a clean, organized workstation with tools in good condition
* Wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) during all workshop activities
* Ensure proper handling and disposal of fluids, waste, and materials in compliance with environmental regulations
