Electronics Technical Assistant (No experience required)

Description

We are looking for an Electronics Technical Assistant to join our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide internal training. We seek a committed, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility and genuine willingness to learn and grow in the technical field. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble and disassemble electronic equipment (e.g., uninterruptible power supplies and similar devices) * Replace batteries * Perform minor repairs under technical guidance * Conduct basic analyses and identify simple faults * Perform internal and external technical cleaning of equipment * Organize tools, parts, and the work environment * Sort and manage components and materials * Conduct basic functionality tests after maintenance * Collect and deliver equipment to customers * Support equipment handling (loading and unloading) when necessary **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Interest in the field of electronics * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Commitment to schedules and tasks * Valid driver's license category B **Preferred qualifications:** * Ongoing or completed technical course in electronics/electrotechnology * Basic knowledge of electronic tools and equipment * Aptitude for manual and technical work **Work schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour break) * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1-hour break) **Growth opportunity:** Our company offers continuous hands-on learning and a technical advancement plan, with potential promotion to technical positions based on performance.
