What will be your mission? Responsible for supporting the team in planning and controlling the execution of logistics operational activities according to established guidelines, through analysis of operational performance indicators, meetings to resolve process deviations, and monitoring of process audits. Thus, ensuring the quality, safety, operational performance, and cost standards expected by the organization. What will your day-to-day look like?* Assist the logistics operations supervisor and respective team leaders with administrative routines; * Conduct minor analyses and close process indicators using available databases; * Populate process indicators based on KPI analyses with the operations team, using systems and/or reports; * Monitor operational indicators and propose action plans when necessary; * Support the supervisor and team leaders in operational meeting routines; * Monitor the execution of operational tests; * Track the development, implementation, and control of projects to ensure continuous process improvement and increased operational productivity. **Requirements:****Requirements** What you need to take on this challenge:* Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI and Looker Studio) is considered a plus; * Experience filling out indicators and handling small projects and analyses is desirable; * Experience in the logistics field is desirable.
