What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture, and share our mission of connecting every Brazilian to their universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support asset, maintenance, and systems management (substations, UPS units, generators, air conditioning, civil works, electrical systems, fire suppression, and surveillance cameras). * Manage building maintenance contracts. * Technically evaluate budget spreadsheets and commercial proposals. * Draft technical scopes for service execution parameterization. * Interact with the Procurement department to request quotations and develop suppliers. * Monitor construction projects and renovations. * Manage contracts for building cleaning, security, hot beverages, pest control, waste collection, gardening, and landscaping — ensuring compliance with stipulated clauses. * Manage all legal documentation for facilities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations. * Track expiration dates and renewals of reports, licenses, certificates, and permits. * Monitor the issuance and renewal of mandatory documents, such as: Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB); * Inspection and maintenance certificates. * Track validity of documentation related to building systems, including elevators, air conditioning, lightning protection systems (SPDA), grounding, fire brigades, fire extinguishers, generators, among others. * Request, verify, and archive ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), RRTs (Technical Responsibility Records), certificates, and technical reports issued by suppliers. * Keep physical and digital facility document archives up to date. * Monitor suppliers to ensure timely delivery of mandatory documentation. * Develop expiration schedules and action plans to prevent legal pending items. * Support internal and external audits by providing documents and evidence of compliance. * Interact with public agencies, utility providers, and service providers to obtain and regularize documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience in day-to-day Facilities operations, with focus on service providers for maintenance, security, cleaning, and legal documentation.
