**Title:** Continuous Improvement Coordinator \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 120195
As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at John Deere’s Construction and Forestry Factory in Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and sustaining the Continuous Improvement (CI) process within the manufacturing operation, ensuring effective implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence practices. You will act as a change agent, supporting cross-functional teams in identifying, implementing, and sustaining continuous improvements—with focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop, lead, and sustain Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the manufacturing operation, promoting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence practices;
* Analyze production data and processes to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity;
* Translate operational challenges into process and digital solutions, supporting automation, BI tools, and standardization of shop-floor workflows;
* Facilitate and support cross-functional CI teams, acting as a change agent, coach, and technical reference in continuous improvement;
* Execute CI projects within project management frameworks, ensuring on-time delivery, sustainable impact, and alignment with business priorities.
**What Skills You Need**
----------------------------------
* Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields;
* Practical experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement in a production environment;
* Experience with manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and primary operations;
* Data analysis capability, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
* Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing, with ability to interpret technical documents and exchange information via e\-mail.

* Prior experience as a facilitator or coordinator of continuous improvement initiatives;
* Ability to act as a change agent, promoting Lean culture and operational excellence;
* Interest and curiosity about emerging technologies, digitalization, and analytics applied to manufacturing;
