OTDR knowledge Knowledge of cable rupture handling Understanding of copper cabling standards Knowledge of optical fiber (FO) from 12 to 144 fibers Experience in 5G/enterprise networks Splicing capability CTO/NAP assembly Primary network assembly CAD project reading Operation of measurement equipment DIO assembly Working on both de-energized and live networks Strong communication and leadership skills are essential GPON construction No candidates without experience will be hired SALARY Life insurance Transportation allowance (VT) Meal allowance (VR) Working hours: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Thursday; Friday ends 1 hour earlier.
