We are seeking a **Telecommunications Technical Supervisor** to lead technical teams and ensure execution of implementation and maintenance services in telecommunications. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Lead and develop technical teams (junior, mid-level, and senior); * Plan, guide, and monitor network and equipment implementation and maintenance activities; * Conduct technical analysis, infrastructure assessment, and power budget calculations; * Ensure service execution complies with quality, timeline, and safety standards; * Monitor network registration and control measurements and activity records; * Manage materials, tools, PPEs, and team resources; * Oversee deadlines, targets, and adherence to internal processes; * Support continuous improvement by proposing solutions and new technologies; * Provide feedback, training, and team follow-up; * Respond with urgency to critical demands and complex operations. **Requirements to Take on This Challenge:** * Completed high school education – technical or undergraduate studies preferred * Experience in telecommunications, including optical cable deployment (self-supporting/aerial cables) * Basic computer skills * Leadership profile, organizational ability, and proactivity * Strong communication skills and results orientation * Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in Telecommunications Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * Are you available for 100% in-person work? * Do you have any relatives employed at Net Turbo? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have easy access to the Macuco neighborhood in Valinhos? * Do you have experience in the Telecommunications field?
