We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Integration and Interface Analyst role within the Integration and Interface area.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please submit your application—and don’t forget to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze area mosaics and support technical discussions aimed at formalizing the right-of-use of the railway right-of-way; * Disseminate understanding of cooperation agreements signed between the Concessionaire and Third Parties across technical departments; * Support and monitor technical working groups involving third parties, ensuring adherence to deadlines and the Concessionaire’s responsibilities; * Interface with external entities (CPTM, MRS, service concessionaires, and public agencies), keeping requesting departments continuously updated; * Prepare minutes, reports, and meeting records, ensuring traceability of decisions and agenda progress; * Accompany technical site visits and inspections involving third parties and external stakeholders; * Support negotiations with agencies responsible for protecting historical and cultural heritage; * Conduct critical analysis and review of BIM models. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or Transportation) or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; * Basic knowledge of geoprocessing software (AutoCAD, QGIS, Google Earth Pro, etc.); * Experience in developing and monitoring projects in a BIM environment; * Strong written communication skills, with ability to read, interpret, and critically analyze contractual instruments (contracts, cooperation agreements, etc.); * Develop and monitor process KPIs; * Prepare management reports and dashboards. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Contract Management, Project Management, Claims Management, or related fields; * Ability to read drawings/base plans, basic knowledge of track/system geometry, and understanding of typical interferences (signaling, telecommunications, overhead power lines); * Prior experience in managing access to operational areas/infrastructure (railway, metro, energy, highways, or similar); * Familiarity with concession agreements and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs); * English – Basic. **Additional Information** Benefits: Health insurance (Sulamérica) Meal allowance: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation voucher Profit-sharing program (PLR) Wellhub / Gympass **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
