Then join us and **COCREATE** as an **R&D Coordinator**! **Your day\-to\-day challenges will include:** * Coordinate security and privacy activities within Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects, ensuring security requirements are embedded from the conception stage of solutions, products, and prototypes. * Lead the technical security team involved in R&D&I initiatives, guiding experimental work, testing, proof-of-concept activities, and validation of new technologies. * Define and evolve secure architectures for emerging solutions, including AI, cloud computing, advanced networks, IoT, edge computing, and experimental environments. * Support and coordinate applied security research for AI and AI security, contributing to methodologies, risk assessment, and development of protection mechanisms. * Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and best practices (LGPD, GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, etc.), translating them into the innovation context. * Conduct risk analyses, impact assessments, and security reviews on prototypes, models, architectures, and data flows used in R&D&I. * Lead investigations and incident responses related to experimental environments, sensitive data, prototypes, or integrations with partners. * Interact with multidisciplinary teams (AI, systems, cloud, telecom, hardware, software, business) to support design decisions, mitigation strategies, and security-by-default implementation. * Establish relevant security metrics and indicators for innovation projects, tracking control maturity and effectiveness. * Promote a security culture within R&D&I, raising awareness among researchers, engineers, and technical teams regarding risks and applicable best practices throughout the innovation lifecycle. * Monitor technological trends, analyze emerging threats, and recommend strategies to strengthen the security of solutions under development. **We are looking for someone with:** * Experience applying security to the innovation lifecycle, technological exploration, and prototyping. * Technical risk analysis in experimental environments, AI models, data pipelines, and R&D&I infrastructures. * AI security and security for AI (e.g., robustness evaluation, model-related risks, adversarial attacks, data protection for AI). * Secure architecture in hybrid environments: private cloud, public cloud, laboratory environments, advanced networks, and experimentation platforms. * Privacy and data protection in research and development contexts, including use of sensitive datasets, anonymization, and data governance. * Cybersecurity tools and fundamentals (vulnerabilities, monitoring, technical controls, cryptography, IAM, API security). * Security and privacy standards and frameworks: ISO 27001, 27701, NIST, LGPD, GDPR. * People management, demand prioritization, and coordination of R&D&I projects. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Prior experience in research centers, laboratories, technology institutes, or complex innovation projects. * Knowledge of AI security, ML security, secure MLOps, or modern methodologies for model risk assessment. * Hands-on experience with applied research, technical production, prototyping, or testing of new technologies. * Security certifications (ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security\+, etc.). * Certifications or courses focused on AI, data science, model auditing, or AI governance. * Experience with agile methodologies applied to R&D&I (Scrum, Kanban, Lean\-Inception, etc.). * Participation in technical communities, security, AI, or innovation events. * Knowledge of DevSecOps and security for experimental pipelines. **CPQD offers:** * Daycare or babysitter allowance; * Unimed health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Vidalink medication allowance; * Meal/food voucher; * Life insurance; * Pet health plan; * Vacation bonus above market practice; * Private pension plan; * WellHub; * Shuttle service; * Free parking; * Payroll-deductible loans; * Birthday day off; * Holiday bridging; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave; * Postgraduate support program; * Partnerships and agreements: facilitating options for health, leisure, culture, and education; * Internal programs: focused on development and well-being.
