An environment that values good communication and teamwork **Job Description:** Provide operational support to internet and cable TV installation teams, ensuring appointment scheduling, service order tracking, and direct field technician support. The professional will act as a liaison among the company, technicians, and customers, guaranteeing efficient service delivery and on-time completion. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contact customers to confirm their presence at the site and validate information regarding service appointments and possible incidents; * Record and update information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and organization; * Assist in analyzing and organizing routes, considering covered regions for optimal team performance; * Monitor and resolve incidents, seeking prompt and effective solutions. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems (training will be provided); * Proficiency in computer use; * Emotional control when handling high-pressure situations; * Patience and strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic familiarity with the operational region (cities and neighborhoods), supporting better route planning. **Training:** * A 5-day training program with an experienced professional will be provided to familiarize candidates with relevant processes and systems. **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Meal allowance of R$ 26.00 per day * Transportation allowance * TotalPass * Telemedicine plan **Employment Type:** * Full-time * Permanent – CLT **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM, with a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.631,00 – R$2.031,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity?
