We are looking for an **O&M Supervisor** to join our team! **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the technical team (installation, maintenance, and supervisors); * Plan, monitor, and supervise network and equipment deployment and maintenance activities; * Conduct technical analysis and support budgeting for power requirements in new projects and existing networks; * Ensure service execution complies with deadlines, quality standards, and contractual obligations; * Manage materials, tools, PPEs, and team resources; * Monitor operational indicators, operational records, and rollout status (registrations, segments, and routes); * Resolve problems with urgency and propose technical improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal processes, and industry best practices; * Support people management (training, performance, discipline, and team organization). **Requirements to Take on This Challenge:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or IT is preferred. * Knowledge of METRO and BACKBONE networks. * Knowledge of GPON networks with balanced and unbalanced topologies. * Knowledge of optical fiber preparation and splicing. * Familiarity with handling optical fiber equipment. * Experience in deploying self-supporting and underground cables.
