Maintenance Technician II

Description

We are seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and to manage all aspects of their accommodations and building operations. In this role, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Additionally, you will work collaboratively as part of a team and handle daily situations in a friendly and professional manner. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Update maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc. * Complete the daily routine shift checklist. * Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. * Perform construction-related activities—including painting—both corrective and preventive. * Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. * Respond to requests from guest rooms and departments, addressing incidents promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Perform painting-related tasks—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. * Maintain proper operation of swimming pool equipment, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. * Monitor consumption items—including electricity, water, and gas—for the property, reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial oversight. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other systems—to ensure optimal performance. * Turn on and off the condominium’s lighting. * Respond to requests from guest rooms and departments, addressing incidents promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety while performing tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Relevant experience in this role. **Additional Information:** * Life insurance; * Ifood Benefits Meal Voucher (R$ 17.90 per workday); * Ifood Benefits Food Voucher (R$ 552.08\); * Ifood Benefits Mobility Balance (Standard Fare and/or Monthly SPTrans Credit); * WellHub; * Birthday Balance of R$ 100.00, exclusive birthday cake, and surprise gift on your birthday; * One pair of tickets to Roda Ricco in your birth month; * Career development plan through the AHI network and the hotel’s internal program; * Bimonthly Employee Award (50% of salary) and Annual Employee Award (full salary); * Referral Bonus of R$ 100.00 as Free Balance for nominating someone selected as Bimonthly Employee; * Amil Health Insurance (80% covered by the hotel for the primary insured); * MetLife Dental Insurance.
