We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **IT Technician** to join our team. If you are passionate about technology and wish to be part of an innovative company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
**Main Activities and Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support to users via service tickets, resolving issues related to printers, internet, networks, systems, smartphone configuration, computers, data collectors, and other tasks;
* Monitor third-party vendors, maintaining a daily checklist to present and track automated tasks, interacting efficiently with the team and Level 2 support;
* Install operating systems and software applications;
* Configure and activate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and provide direct support to users involved with IT systems—clarifying doubts, offering workflow suggestions, and delivering training when necessary;
* Monitor terminals and conduct inventories, call reports, track print job closures, and participate in the annual inventory of machines and equipment.

* Technical education in IT or Networking;
* Preferred: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Technology, Information Systems, IT Management, etc.);
* Experience installing operating systems, software applications, and configuring printers;
* Knowledge of installation, configuration, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) systems;
* Ability to provide direct user support, deliver training, and clarify doubts;
* Capability to effectively monitor terminals and perform inventories;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
