Assistance in system and server administration ### **A** **XBZ BRINDES****, a market leader in promotional gifts, is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team.** ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network; * Configure and install equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Perform data backup and restoration as required; * Contribute to network security by updating antivirus software and monitoring internet access; * Assist in system and server administration. ### **Requirements:** * Preferably enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology (Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields); * Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting common issues); * Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems (basic commands, file and process management); * Understanding of fundamental computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Dedicated, discreet, and committed to responsibilities and confidentiality of information; Good communication skills and proactivity to learn and grow in the field. * ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 30.00/day * Food Basket: BRL 300.00/month * Transportation Allowance * Attendance Bonus up to BRL 250.00/month * Breakfast and afternoon coffee at the company * NotreDame Health Insurance * Totalpass * SESC Partnership * Christmas Basket * Life Insurance * Newborn Basket Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: Information Technology, Higher Education
