We are looking for a **Building Maintenance Technician** to prepare condominium infrastructure for cabling installation. Perform repairs and various maintenance services for electrical installations, carpentry, masonry, painting, plastering, tiling, finishing works, and related activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in meetings and organizational commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment whenever required;
* Carry out other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and under leadership direction;
* Prepare condominium infrastructure for cabling installation;
* Perform repairs and various maintenance services for electrical installations, carpentry, masonry, painting, plastering, tiling, finishing works, and related activities;
* Identify and resolve issues related to condominium obstructions, piping installation, and distribution panel setups;
* Prepare mixtures—including cement, sand, stone, and other materials—by measuring quantities to obtain the desired mortar;
* Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps;
* Lay bricks, tiles, masonry units, and similar materials;
* Construct foundations, erect walls, fences, and similar structures;
* Apply plaster to constructed structures;
* Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures;
* Assemble and disassemble scaffolding, ramps, etc., ensuring safety during execution of required works;
* Unload and transport materials at construction sites;
* Operate equipment to break down old forms and structures;
* Smooth and level fresh concrete or other materials.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education;
* Knowledge of mixing and storing construction materials (e.g., concrete, sand, mortar) and of basic engineering and construction principles and methods;
* Basic knowledge of electrical installations and fundamental understanding of plumbing and sanitation systems;
* Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints when necessary.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience operating equipment (e.g., compactors, drills, pneumatic hammers).
**Other requirements:**
* Driver’s license — categories AB.
