Joining Binario.net means knowing your work will always be valued. **\#JoinUs.** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** --------------------------------- * Invoice issuance and control; * Issuance of product and/or service invoices in the company’s system or municipal/state tax authority (SEFAZ) systems; * Verification of fiscal data, taxation rules, and customer registrations; * Financial team support with billing reports and collection documents; * Procurement and management of data and telephony links; * Liaison with telecom operators and internet/telephony service providers; * Requesting and tracking plan subscriptions, cancellations, or modifications; * Contract validity control, including values and negotiated terms; * Cost control support and comparative analysis of proposals from different suppliers; * General administrative tasks; * Updating control spreadsheets using Excel; * Supporting internal staff and suppliers; * Organizing documents, contracts, and files; **REQUIREMENTS:** -------------------------------- * Availability to work in a hybrid model; * Prior administrative routine experience; * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of priority; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** ----------------- * Experience in procurement and management of internet, data, and telephony services; * Experience in technology, services, or telecommunications environments; * Familiarity with financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, billing).
