Our flagship product is deployed across the largest public and private healthcare networks in the country. You will join our R\&D team, developing web systems that directly impact the daily workflows of thousands of healthcare professionals. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop full-stack web applications—from C\#/.NET backend to Angular frontend—with consistent focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code. * Build and integrate APIs, write database routines, and develop reports. * Use AI-assisted development tools (**Claude Code** or similar) daily to accelerate delivery, always carefully reviewing outputs before submission. * Participate in code reviews—both giving and receiving feedback—and apply SOLID principles and Clean Architecture in your deliverables. * Write and maintain automated tests to ensure product quality and safe evolution. * Collaborate in an agile environment with product, design, and QA colleagues, embracing the challenge of building new products and selecting new technologies. * Grow technically and professionally by learning from more experienced developers. **How we work with AI:** We use AI tools such as **Claude Code** daily to augment engineering judgment—not replace it. Key points: * You are fully responsible for all submitted code: always review AI-generated output before accepting it. * Security and LGPD compliance first: patient data and confidential information must never be sent to any AI tool. * Use AI to support quality (e.g., testing, refactoring, code review), not just speed of delivery. **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Experience with C\# (on .NET Framework and .NET Core platforms) for API and backend development. * Experience building responsive web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc.). * Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code, with practical understanding of SOLID principles. * Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (**Claude Code or similar**) and ability to critically review generated code. * Familiarity with version control tools (Git). * Passion for programming across all layers of the technology stack. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience with web applications. * SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL—including query writing and optimization. * TypeScript. * Experience working in agile teams and projects. * Familiarity with automated testing and Clean Architecture practices. * **Strong differentiator:** experience modernizing legacy applications by migrating them to modern cloud-based architectures. **Personal Requirements:** * **Mandatory:** creativity, ethics, commitment, organization, focused attention, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in remote teams. * **Desirable:** confidence, dynamism, curiosity to learn, and critical thinking when adopting new tools. **Languages** * **English:** technical proficiency (reading documentation). **What we offer** * Remote work. * Transportation allowance (VT), meal/food voucher (VR/VA). * Health and dental insurance. * Educational institution partnerships. * Birthday day off. * A relaxed environment promoting well-being and equipped with modern engineering tools.
