Job Summary: The professional monitors condominium security via video, controls access, conducts patrols, operates equipment, and monitors movement to prevent irregularities. Key Highlights: 1. Theft and irregularity prevention * Daily observation of security conditions within the condominium premises by viewing environments through video monitors to prevent or detect thefts, hazardous situations, and other incidents, enabling appropriate actions; * Controls vehicle and personnel movement at the company's gate by receiving, screening the purpose, and directing them to the respective recipients; * Conducts external patrols around the company premises to safeguard its assets, paying attention to unfamiliar persons, facility damage, unsafe conditions, open doors, and other factors that may threaten the physical integrity of the condominium and its staff; * Turns lighting equipment or systems on and off at the start of the shift or in case of any oversight, and monitors the opening and closing of facilities by responsible personnel, ensuring security conditions; * Monitors personnel movement into the finished goods warehouse as well as third-party or internal cargo loading and unloading operations to prevent thefts or other irregularities; * Records all shift-related information in the department's logbook and the Periodical logbook; Performs other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor.
