The Operations area is also responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the client throughout the contract period, fostering synergy and strengthening the partnership. Operate under safe conditions and support the Maintenance department in corrective, preventive, and predictive activities to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Start-up, operation, checklists, and data collection for equipment operation; * Daily operation report to the Technical Support Center (CST), including production information, measurement spreadsheets of variables, and other site operation-related information; * Cleaning and mechanical maintenance of equipment and the site in general; * Proper monitoring of operational variables; * Preparation of Monthly Reports containing parameters of equipment operation at the site; * Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Financial control of material purchases for administrative tasks and cleaning supplies for the site in general; * Oversight of services performed by third-party companies; * Performing electrical switching operations and valve operations; * Implementing safety lockouts and ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards; * Reading and interpreting procedures; * Diagnosing system problems and appropriately identifying difficulties; * Performing minor maintenance interventions at the site — electrical, mechanical, civil, painting repairs, and conservation; * Providing assistance to all company operators and technicians; * Maintaining and updating PMOCs (Preventive Maintenance Operation Checklists); * Interpreting single-line diagrams and interfacing with software; * Ensuring integration among operators, technicians, and maintenance service providers. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Mechanics, Electrotechnology, Refrigeration, or Automation — desirable; *Preferred qualification for the position:* * Knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems.
