Carrying out tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures A telecommunications company is seeking a Telecommunications Technician in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests for maintenance and repair of fiber optic networks. Prevent rework through efficient service execution. Verify the functionality of network equipment. Perform routine testing, replacement, repair, and configuration of hardware and software on equipment. Release repaired equipment for customer use. Carry out all activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve system failures.
