Job description: Install and perform corrective and preventive maintenance of printers, and provide technical support to users. The technician will remain available to the company; upon receiving a service request (ticket), the technician will proceed to the client's location to address the request detailed in the ticket. Possesses driver's license categories AB; must reside in João Pessoa, PB. Area of operation: Technical – Printer Technician. Computer Technician. Shift: Day shift. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a one-hour break. If Saturday attendance is required, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., the technician will travel to the client's location to fulfill the request as specified in the service order generated by the ticket.
