Job Summary: IAT I Technician - Field Service is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of HFC network equipment, ensuring service restoration and achievement of operational targets with a focus on quality and teamwork. Position: IAT I Technician - Field Service Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HFC network equipment: transceivers, amplifiers, passive components, cables, connectors, and power supplies. * Ensure service restoration within the area's SLA during corrective maintenance; * Achieve daily preventive network maintenance targets; * Monitor and comply with operational performance indicators; * Carry out job-related tasks to the expected quality standard, both for customers and the company; * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure rapid service restoration while maintaining quality.
