Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing technical and commercial training, developing teaching materials, and delivering hands-on product demonstrations. In the Technical Training Coordinator role, you will: * Plan and deliver in-person and online technical and commercial training covering IP CCTV, VMS, access control, alarms, intercom, intelligent video, and AI- and IoT-based solutions; * Develop teaching materials, presentations, and multimedia content tailored to target audiences (technical, commercial, or corporate); * Conduct hands-on product and system demonstrations, assisting with configuration, integration, and real-time troubleshooting; * Provide technical and advisory support during training to ensure correct use of Hikvision solutions; * Continuously stay updated on new technologies and product launches, translating complex innovations into accessible, market-applicable language. * Represent the brand institutionally at events, trade shows, webinars, and relationship-building activities, reinforcing Hikvision’s reputation as a global leader in electronic security; * Collaborate with marketing and product teams by providing technical feedback and field insights to refine market strategies and portfolio offerings. Requirements: * Proven experience delivering technical training for CCTV projects; * Residency in São Paulo; * Advanced English proficiency.
