Role as Maintenance Supervisor A construction company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Nova Lima (Center). With a broad product range, it serves both residential and industrial markets. **Responsibilities:** Perform daily activities related to occupational safety procedures. Monitor attendance and punctuality of all employees assigned to or contracted for the project. Report daily the actual number of personnel assigned to the project, highlighting delays, absences, and other non-conformities. Daily verify that all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to their specific job functions. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Leader may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
