Development of proposals to improve reliability We are hiring a FIELD SUPERVISOR – MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN to work at SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA. **Location:** SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA **Salary:** R$3.392,00 + 40% Hazard Pay + Bonus R$600,00 **Approximate Total:** R$4.599,20 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel allowance + Meal voucher R$30.00 per day **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On Saturdays, work will be scheduled according to rotation. Perform supervision, service scheduling in coordination with PCM, and team guidance for maintenance crews; develop, based on completed maintenance activities, proposals for materials, components, and operational procedures that reduce the number of interventions and enhance system reliability; execute service management and support for teams; operate a vehicle to perform job duties, presenting a valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (Category B or higher). Prior experience in team supervision and a technical course in mechanics with an active CFT (Technical Qualification Certificate) are required. This position is 100% field-based.
