Management and support of maintenance teams We are hiring a FIELD SUPERVISORY MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN to work at SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA. **Location:** SABESP BRAGANÇA PAULISTA **Salary:** R$3.392,00 + 40% Hazard Pay + Bonus R$600.00 **Approximate Total:** R$4.599,20 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel allowance + Meal allowance R$30.00 per day **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM On Saturdays, work will be scheduled according to rotation Perform supervision, scheduling of services in coordination with the PCM, and guidance of maintenance teams; based on performed maintenance activities, develop proposals for materials, components, and operational procedures aimed at reducing intervention frequency and increasing system reliability; manage services and support maintenance teams; drive vehicles to perform job-related tasks, presenting a valid Brazilian National Driver's License (Category B or higher). Prior experience in team supervision and a completed technical course in mechanical engineering with an active CFT certificate are required. This position is 100% field-based.
