The Mason's Assistant will be responsible for supporting the skilled worker, supervisor, or mason in executing civil construction activities for solar energy projects, adhering to good work practices and maintaining worksite organization. * Assist the mason or supervisor in construction activities as instructed. * Excavate trenches for underground conduit and junction box installation using appropriate tools. * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. * Prepare, organize, and transport materials, tools, machinery, and equipment required for construction activities. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of tools and the workplace. * Assist in tasks such as debris removal, component handling, and supporting other teams on the construction site. * Follow safety regulations and technical team instructions to ensure safe and efficient work. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity according to onsite construction demands.
