About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Alumar facility in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for: * Planning, controlling, and scheduling maintenance services for machinery and equipment; * Managing supplies (raw materials and other inputs), handling technical information in records, and preparing control charts and reports; * Receiving, analyzing, and providing "feedback" on predictive maintenance requests; * Developing and updating managerial and control reports; * Ensuring compliance with safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental plans by raising awareness within your operational group through specific guidance; * Ensuring compliance with the maintenance plans of contracted teams; * Conducting safety inspections, unsafe act audits, DDS (Daily Safety Talks), APT (Authorization for Task) reviews, and accident and incident investigations. What You Can Bring to the Role: * Completed bachelor\'s degree; * Solid experience in this role within large\-scale industrial environments; * Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, as well as procurement of materials for industrial maintenance.
