Be responsible for team formation and sizing, selecting professionals aligned with technical and behavioral requirements, respecting budget, approved staffing levels, and current policies. Be responsible for managing performance improvement plans for your team to correct behavioral deviations and/or restore performance, applying disciplinary measures or developing recovery plans to prevent possible terminations. Be responsible for covering absences within your team, following existing processes. Be responsible for team movements (merit-based adjustments and promotions), respecting your budget, approved staffing levels, and current policies. Lead organizational changes. Execute area action plans while monitoring results. Share knowledge by delivering training sessions. Lead and support organizational changes and process improvements related to utilities operations and maintenance. Plan, execute, and monitor area action plans, tracking operational performance, maintenance, cost, safety, and environmental indicators. Ensure implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, as well as proper operation of steam, refrigeration, and water and effluent treatment systems. Coordinate emergency corrective maintenance actions, ensuring rapid response to failures and minimizing production impact. Control maintenance costs, repair expenses, service contracts, and utility consumables. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and legal requirements (e.g., NR\-13, environmental permits, internal standards). Share knowledge through delivery of technical, operational, and safety training. Monitor team conduct, productivity, and performance, promoting continuous improvement and best operational practices. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automation, or related fields). **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- Solid experience in industrial utilities operations and maintenance. Experience in maintenance planning and control. Technical knowledge of boilers, industrial refrigeration systems, water treatment plants (WTP), and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).
