Poço and Region)** At WLAN, the Sales Agent is the professional who directly represents the company to customers, working in stores located in shopping malls and customer service points. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy communicating, possess a commercial profile, and wish to grow within a dynamic environment featuring clear goals and recognition for results. **Responsibilities** * Provide in-person customer service, presenting WLAN plans and services; * Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions; * Complete registrations, contracts, and records in the sales system; * Follow up on proposals, payments, and post-sales; * Meet sales and service quality targets; * Maintain an organized and attractive store environment for customers. * Reside in Cap.
