Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include operational tasks in the restaurant, such as preparing orders, serving customers, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. We’ll count on you for restaurant operational tasks: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring that the environment and equipment remain clean at all times. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of this role — our top priority is generating smiles! As a crew member, you’ll be responsible for serving customers across our restaurants, performing duties such as taking orders and processing payments, including at our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items from our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts — like our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training to operate appropriate equipment, as well as guidance on maintaining our highest standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas — always following instructions and the Operations Manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
