Create service orders, paying close attention to data entered into the system, including customer information, product details (serial number, model, physical condition), complaints, and any necessary observations. Conduct product testing. Collect payment for services rendered and close service orders. Contact customers to obtain budget approval, provide information, or clarify doubts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **To Stand Out:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent Portuguese language skills, both spoken and written.
