Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing suppliers, executing procurement processes for materials and services, drafting contracts, and monitoring KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Contract drafting and performance indicator monitoring Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of procurement processes. Desirable: * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience with electronic auctions and quotation platforms. * Industrial environment experience, including understanding of materials, technical services, and operational routines. * ERP system knowledge, preferably TOTVS. Supplier and Market Management * Conduct mapping, research, and continuous updating of the supplier market for categories under responsibility. * Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers to ensure competitiveness, quality, and security across the supply chain. * Lead periodic meetings with strategic suppliers and establish collaborative initiatives. Procurement Processes * Execute end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services (Capex/Opex), from requisition through negotiation closure. * Prepare and analyze manual and electronic quotations, evaluating optimal cost\-benefit, delivery timelines, scope, and commercial terms. * Conduct effective commercial negotiations to achieve cost avoidance, favorable terms, and sustainable partnerships. * Operate procurement tools, systems, and internal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Internal Department Coordination * Interface directly with internal client departments to understand requirements, align needs, and monitor procurement processes. * Participate in follow\-up meetings, technical alignment sessions, and activities related to internal projects. * Perform continuous follow\-up on purchase orders, contracts, and approval processes to meet established deadlines. Contract Management and Reporting * Draft contracts, draft agreements, addenda, and procurement catalogs per departmental guidelines. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as generated savings, delivery lead times, supplier efficiency, among others. * Produce managerial reports and market analyses to support strategic decision-making. 2511200202481879961
