RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Assist the chef in preparing daily meals; * Cut and prepare salads; * Prepare desserts; * Retrieve food items from the cold room and freezer; * Restock the buffet; * Clean and organize the workplace and equipment; * Wash dishes; * Fulfill orders from the grill station; * Prepare sandwiches, special dishes, lunch boxes (marmita), and premium lunch boxes (marmitex); * Bake savory snacks; * Perform cleaning of the production area according to cleaning and maintenance guidelines; * Prepare bread and savory snack doughs according to established standards; * Organize raw material inventory; * Check product expiration dates before production; * Verify that all products and foods are properly labeled; * Produce fried and baked savory snacks, puff pastry items, and various fillings; * Manufacture fried, baked, puff pastry, pie, cake, and dessert items. * Complete worksheets (buffet start and end times) and ingredient withdrawal lists. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed elementary education. High school completion is desirable; Prior experience in this field is a plus; Preferably reside in the following neighborhoods: Moreninhas, Parque Novo Século, Los Angeles, Paulo Coelho Machado, Chácara das Mansões, or nearby areas; alternatively, hold a valid driver’s license (CNH) and own a vehicle.
