Description
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Responsibilities: Establish and implement "in conjunction with the Executive Board" metrics and indicators for Production Order Management; manage and analyze costs; and develop plans for effective resource utilization.
Management of metrics and indicators, with daily/weekly "reports" to the Production Executive Board;
Factory supervision: routines inherent to departments and process flows;
Request feedback and controls from the Materials Manager regarding raw material inventory;
Ensure that "all requirements" are met to meet manufacturing and service delivery deadlines;
Manage and monitor the factory's workflow planning to meet deadlines and specifications;
Manage and monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and participate in periodic meetings;
Prepare agendas and coordinate meetings to discuss work progress and schedule compliance;
Manage the effectiveness of production control processes;
Monitor with PCP the adherence to quality procedures for internal/external manufacturing and services;
Arrange and supervise subordinate training to ensure their continued competence in area operations;
Monitor compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance / calibration of instruments and equipment;
Assess whether sufficient resources (workforce, raw materials/supplies, machinery) are available or excessive, and develop plans accordingly;
Be a researcher and stay continuously updated on innovations in the field of expertise.
Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month
