Requirements: The ***Products*** area is responsible for managing all banking products offered by Evertec, ensuring alignment among business strategy, financial sector regulation, and technological development — working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers. We are seeking a ***Product Specialist*** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and financial-market product development company, where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This role will be responsible for:** * Defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; * Translating business needs into clear functional requirements (user stories, epics); * Ensuring backlog items are properly refined and ready for development per Definition of Ready (DoR) criteria; * Ensuring all deliverables meet Definition of Done (DoD) criteria, including testing, documentation, and business validation; * Tracking requests through to final acceptance, guaranteeing delivery quality and customer satisfaction; * Leading and participating in all agile ceremonies; * Participating in defining medium- and long-term roadmaps; * Supporting the commercial and pre-sales teams in prospecting activities; * Supporting the implementation team to enable operational launch for new clients; * Supporting our clients in defining and validating usage of our solutions; * Understanding and anticipating regulatory changes in the financial market; **To \#match, this position requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience acting as Product Owner / Product Manager; * Experience in Credit Operations (Loans, Financing, Payroll-Deductible Loans, Refinancing, BNDES, Assignment/Acquisition, etc.) across the entire lifecycle (Origination, Credit Analysis, Formalization, Portfolio Management, Collections, Restructuring, and Settlement); * Experience with agile methodologies; * Strong communication skills with technical, business, and customer-facing teams. **Additional knowledge or experience below would be considered advantageous:** * Financial system architecture; * Databases; * English; * Spanish.
