Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling construction site progress, conducting site visits, surveys, measurements, and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Management of construction schedules and projects **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Conducting periodic site visits; * Surveying activities completed during the period; * Performing photographic documentation of construction progress; * Conducting measurements jointly with financial agents, investors, and partners; * Preparing progress reports on construction works; * Monitoring project schedules; * Supervising the completion of construction daily logs; * Periodically updating controls for delivered project documents, utility providers, materials delivered to site, and elevators. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, or completed Technical Course in Building Construction Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
