Opportunity to apply organizational skills, proactivity, and commercial insight **Job Summary** Responsible for managing the entire internal commercial process flow, from drafting commercial proposals through monitoring negotiations to finalizing billing. Acts as the liaison among customers, external sales teams, and internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Customer Service), ensuring agility, accuracy, and organization at every stage of the sale. **Key Responsibilities** * **Commercial Proposal Preparation** * Create customized proposals according to customer needs, commercial policies, and defined margins. * Update prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and technical specifications. * Record and maintain proposal history in the system (ERP/CRM). * **Negotiation Follow-up** * Monitor the status of submitted proposals, ensuring timely responses to customers. * Support external sales teams during the negotiation process. * Conduct active follow-up with customers to clarify questions and advance discussions. * Adjust proposals per commercial requests and alignments. * **Billing Process** * Verify approved orders, validate data, and forward them to billing. * Track the process until invoice issuance. * Ensure all information is accurate to prevent rework or delays. * Coordinate with Finance and Logistics to ensure proper delivery and billing. * **Customer Relationship Management** * Provide consultative and responsive support via phone, e-mail, or digital platforms. * Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales cycle. * **Information and System Management** * Update CRM/ERP with proposal, negotiation, and order data. * Generate sales tracking, conversion, and performance reports. * Assist in organizing commercial documents and contracts. **Required Competencies** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Negotiation and relationship-building abilities * Agility and proactivity * Logical reasoning and commercial acumen * Proficiency in digital tools (ERP, CRM, Excel, e-mail) **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Prior experience in inside sales, commercial customer service, or related areas * Basic knowledge of billing routines and proposal preparation Compensation: starting from R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
