We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business orientation, and capable of identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities:** Assist in payroll processing and verification; Calculate: annual leave (regular and pro-rata), 13th salary, termination settlements, overtime, allowances, and deductions; Calculate and verify labor-related statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); Submit and monitor eSocial events; Generate and verify DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, and collection payment slips; Manage and close electronic timekeeping records; Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes; Update employee registrations and documentation; Support monthly payroll closing and ancillary obligations; Prepare managerial payroll and statutory contribution reports; Provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, and telephone; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or People Management; Proficiency in the Domínio system; Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations **Skills:** Organization and attention to detail (essential for payroll) Responsibility and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Strong communication skills Deadline management (especially payroll closing) Proactivity Ability to work under pressure during closing periods **We Offer:** On-site position, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM — Monday to Friday Work location: Praia de Belas neighborhood — Porto Alegre Transportation allowance + meal/voucher allowance of R$ 34.10 (per working day) Gym benefit SESC membership Doctor Clin Health Plan Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
