




Job Summary: Professional to work on corporate legalization, monitoring procedures, drafting documents, and providing client support regarding legal requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Corporate legalization and public agency procedures. 2. Client support and resolution of regulatory pending matters. 3. Knowledge of systems and platforms for legal procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Register, amend, and dissolve companies with competent authorities (e.g., Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, among others). * Draft and file corporate bylaws, amendments to bylaws, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents. * Monitor feasibility studies, licensing processes, and issuance of permits and registrations (municipal, state, special). * Maintain internal systems and controls related to legalization procedures up to date. * Liaise with public agencies and digital platforms to review and resolve pending matters. * Provide client support, clarifying questions about routines and legal requirements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in corporate legalization or as a paralegal in an accounting firm. * Knowledge of procedures with the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, and licensing authorities. * Familiarity with systems such as Redesim, Coletor Nacional, and state/municipal platforms. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Desirable:** * Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience handling different legal regimes and corporate structures. * Basic understanding of digital certification and electronic signatures. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Strong client-facing skills and ability to resolve demands efficiently. **We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Total Pass **Hybrid Work Model**
