Manage the camera network and coordinate field technicians. **Operations Supervisor – Sorocaba/SP** We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to manage the regional camera network, ensuring **high equipment availability, image quality, and rapid incident response**. The professional will be responsible for **coordinating field technicians, monitoring operational KPIs, and ensuring compliance with maintenance and service-level agreement (SLA) requirements.** **Responsibilities** * Monitor camera status, uptime, and image quality via operational dashboards. * Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to respond to incidents. * Supervise technical teams, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Track and validate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor service contracts and regional operational KPIs. * Record interventions and report operational status and trends to management. **Requirements** * Experience in **coordinating field technicians** or technical operations. * Familiarity with **ticketing/FSM systems** and incident management. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's license (**CNH**) and willingness to travel within the region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical education in **electronics, networking, CCTV, or infrastructure**. * Experience with **ERP, WMS, or fleet management systems**. * Experience in environments requiring **compliance or public security standards**. **Job Details** * Location: **Sorocaba/SP;** * Employment Type: **PJ;** * Remuneration: **R$10\.000/month;** * Benefits: company vehicle \+ notebook \+ corporate mobile phone \+ PPE \+ travel expenses within the region; * If using **personal vehicle**, additional **R$2\.000/month;** If you enjoy **leading technical operations, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high performance of field teams**, we want to meet you.
