We are looking for a dynamic Occupational Safety professional with strong accountability and leadership skills to work in occupational safety and field operational team management. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Field Guidance:** Supervise work sites to guide teams on compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * **Health and Environment (SSMA):** Conduct and manage initial and periodic safety, health, and environmental training programs. * **Preventive Routines:** Carry out safety inspections across work areas and conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with employees. * **Incident Analysis:** Investigate causes of workplace accidents or incidents, prepare technical reports, and develop preventive action plans. * **Document Management:** Organize and manage legal safety documents (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO) and monitor ASO (Medical Examination) expiration dates. * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure all field activities fully comply with regulatory standards (NRs) and client-required safety standards. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (with active registration at MTE). * **Experience:** Technical experience in field inspections and training. * **Skills:** Strong instructional communication, document organization, and risk-aware profile Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.255,17 – R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Experience: * Occupational Safety (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
