Schedule: 2:00 PM to 8:15 PM **In addition to the monthly salary, we offer a monthly goal program, with potential additional earnings of up to R$400.00 per month** Responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers and operating the bar, ensuring order and hygiene at the location to guarantee quality customer service. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect all sinks, squeeze bottles, and doors, and restock as needed; \- Inspect the açaí machine and restock as needed; \- Verify the operation, organization, and cleanliness of equipment and facilities by inspecting the workplace, equipment, and utensils in use to ensure their proper appearance and hygiene; \- Check refrigerator temperatures daily; \- Verify product expiration dates, ensure proper labeling and quality of all items—including those already handled—and record waste in the respective report; \- Check equipment temperatures; \- Monitor product losses, considering the quality of served beverages; \- At the end of operations, verify the cleanliness and organization of the workplace to facilitate the start of work the following day; \- Serve customers while respecting and applying Customer Service Guidelines; \- Operate the cash register, receiving payments according to the customer's chosen payment method; \- Sanitize the workplace **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Commercial profile \- Completed high school education **Behavioral Characteristics:** \- Interpersonal skills; \- Customer focus; \- Results orientation; \- Initiative; \- Cooperation and team spirit; \- Responsibility; \- Professional and personal ethics; \- Honesty; \- Good communication/verbal expression; \- Agility; \- Patience; \- Organization .
