




Job Summary: An Occupational Safety professional responsible for inspecting workplaces, implementing safety standards, training employees, and investigating accidents—with emphasis on prevention and risk management. Main Responsibilities: * Inspect workplaces to identify and assess risks to employee health and safety. * Implement and monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations, ensuring correct procedures are followed. * Develop and deliver training on occupational safety, hygiene, and health for employees. * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Collaborate in developing safety programs (e.g., PPRA, PCMSO) and monitor their implementation. * Manage and control personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring proper condition and correct usage. * Provide guidance on emergency procedures, such as fire and accident response. * Maintain up-to-date records of workplace safety conditions and actions taken. Requirements: Technical qualification in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and related legislation. Experience in industrial environments, civil construction, or other high-safety-demand sectors. * Ability to conduct training sessions and awareness lectures. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams. * Willingness to perform fieldwork, including visits to various company departments. * Desired Profile: The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess a sense of urgency, and focus on accident prevention.
