Job Opening: Computational Support Analyst Description: We are seeking a professional to operate and maintain ICT infrastructure, performing activities related to administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of corporate computing environments, ensuring availability, performance, and continuity of IT services. Responsibilities: * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of datacenter equipment, such as servers, storage systems, switches, and other infrastructure assets; * Administration and maintenance of server virtualization environments; * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server operating systems; * Administration and support for datacenter software and services; * Configuration and maintenance of network services, including: + file servers; + print servers; + institutional communication servers; + other corporate services; * Execution of access control procedures for computing resources; * Performing routine backup and data recovery operations; * Supporting disaster prevention and recovery procedures; * Developing and executing scripts to automate operational routines; * Continuous monitoring of computing resources and ICT infrastructure; * Providing user support and assistance for issues related to computing infrastructure; * Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and technical service requests. Requirements: * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar); * Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure; * Experience with backup, monitoring, and information security; * Knowledge of automation and scripting; * Experience in corporate technical support and user assistance.
